TK-790 External Speaker Pin Out

Note: Before starting, note the connectors you are working with. Does what you need to put the speaker wires into use a 9-pin connector or a 12-pin? Look at it first and then use the appropriate pin-out below.

Connection for the KES-4 with the TK-790 When taking the AF output from the accessory connector (9-pin) on the rear of the radio: Use pins 2 and 6.

Connection for the KES-4 with the remote kit (When the output is from the 12-pin accessory connector on the rear of the control head: Use pins 10 and 11.

To use as a public address speaker

Use pins 7 and 8
